    We provide services for patients with a variety of conditions requiring rehabilitation or ongoing nursing care. Examples include:

    • Orthopedic, geriatric, neurological or bed bound patients
    • Children with developmental delays and physical disabilities
    • Post-operative surgical patients
  • referral process to avail home care services:

    • Patient needs to obtain a Medical Report and Face to Face form stating the need for the service required like Home Care Nursing, Occupational Therapy Physiotherapy etc.
    • An evaluation will be performed in the patient's home or prior to discharge from hospital.
    • Comprehensive report is sent to Insurance Provider for approval along with a care plan.
    • Homecare services commences and service is evaluated regularly.

    Our services are open to both Thiqa and self paying patients. Thiqa card holders are eligible for home care services. Patients and their families may call us at 022031111

    • The patient must obtain a detailed Medical Report and face to face form stating the need for the service required: Home Care Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy.
    • We will perform an evaluation in the patient's home or prior to discharge from hospital.
